After 20 months of no shows, Aquavision has revealed that its roadshow trailer, which made its debut appearance at ISE 2019, will be on display at EI Live! at the end of September.
While in hibernation, the trailer’s equipment has been updated to the latest specification with some new products added too.
“In the trailer will be our 86” high brightness MirrorVision+ television design with the added benefit of one of our latest ranges of picture frame surrounds,” revealed Alistair Benn, founder and MD of Aquavision. “There will be samples of all the different types of frames on the stand for you to see, in a variety of different finishes.
“The 86” high brightness mirror television shows the difference between the standard, commercially available televisions (Samsung/Sony/LG, etc) stuck behind a piece of security glass, and a professional installation. With no reflection when the TV is turned on, a near perfect mirror when the TV is turned off, and absolutely no visible signs of the screen position, Aquavision’s MirrorVision+ is the ultimate in mirror television.”

The company will also be displaying its standard waterproof and in-wall models, including the Silhouette, Frameless, Classic and the new Flush bezel model, all with different glass options.
Benn added: “The flagship models of our DB100, 100” freestanding, floor mounted television will also be on show, as will our biggest Horizon outdoor screen, the 100” Horizon. This is one of the biggest outdoor TVs on the market and, at 2000cd/m2, it is one of the brightest.”
Horizon high-performance models feature Aquavision’s CTM (Comprehensive Thermal Management), which constantly monitors humidity and temperature and adjusts where necessary using both internal heaters and fans. It also now displays this information live through the IP control feature. The company’s ADST (Advanced Daylight Sensing Technology) constantly monitors and adjusts screen brightness to ambient light levels to enhance the viewing experience and prolong its life.
Anti-glare glass is used as standard to enhance viewing in bright sunlight. All Aquavision Horizon models also use TNI panels, allowing the internal temperature to withstand up to 105degrees Celsius rather than the conventional 55degrees Celsius.
Also at EI Live!, Aquavision will be highlighting its training opportunities available to integrators everyday between 10am and 3pm for 30 minutes on stand 79. All participants will get a training manual emailed to them afterwards and a free goody bag at the end of the session. Registration is advised.
