Luxul’s ProWatch remote cloud management solution wins CTA award

Luxul has been recognised by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) Smart Home Division with a Smart Home 2020 Mark of Excellence Award at CES 2020.

Its ProWatch remote cloud management solution was named as the Networking Product of the Year at the ceremony.

The awards are designed to recognise the best in custom integration and installed technology, covering more than 30 categories, with winners selected by a judging panel of industry experts. 

Judges were impressed with the Luxul ProWatch’s ability to help integrators improve their bottom line while delivering next-level customer service. 

Integrators can meet homeowner’s expectations for seamless connectivity using the Luxul ProWatch cloud management solutions by remotely monitoring and managing every device on their clients’ networks, getting real-time notifications of status, and quickly resolving issues. 

The solution is a free service for all Luxul dealers and gives them peace of mind that they can access their clients’ systems anywhere, anytime. 

The Luxul ProWatch allows integrators to configure devices remotely, perform firmware updates on select Luxul routers and WAPs, create customisable alerts, remotely power-cycle devices connected to PDUs and PoE switches that fall offline, and more. 

By giving integrators the ability to handle these simple system management tasks remotely, operation costs are lowered as well as delivering a better experience for customers.
