Savant has acquired audio manufacturer Artison, citing the company’s patents and audio engineering expertise as key assets.
Artison, founded by Cary Christie in 2003, holds a number of patents related to advanced speaker technologies. The company has plans to release a compact multi-channel amplifier technology later this year. It currently offers a line of loudspeakers with customisable grilles including sound bars, subwoofers and surrounds for home theatre applications.
