UK-based distributor Invision has announced that it will be hosting a ‘Smart Home Innovation’ event, dedicated to showcasing the latest connected home products, in Surrey on Tuesday May 1, 2018.

The one-day Smart Home Innovation 2018 event will feature “exclusive” product previews and content from Invision vendors as part of an interactive programme to take place at the Runnymede-on-Thames Hotel in Egham, Surrey.

Conference delegates will experience keynote presentations from speakers, as well as having the opportunity to network with other custom installers throughout the day.

Headline participants announced so far include RTI’s newly appointed CEO, Ed McConaghay and Dave Donald, worldwide ambassador at Origin Acoustics.

“Our customers are at the forefront of the custom-installed technology that’s bringing automation, security, lighting control, energy management and connected entertainment into homes. It’s a market that continues to evolve and expand, creating business opportunities like never before,” said Adrian Ickeringill, sales director at Invision.

“Our goal as the hosts of this flagship event is to connect residential custom installers with key people that make a difference in our industry”.  He added: “With international manufacturers in attendance, discussing some of the most talked about industry topics, this conference will provide home technology professionals with the unique insight they need to move their business forward.”

The Runnymede-on-Thames Hotel is located just off junction 13 on the M25 in Egham, and can easily be reached by road, rail and air.
