This week at ISE, Lutron Electronics is showcasing a range of its latest innovations in lighting and blind control for European professionals and consumers, demonstrating its continued investment in the European market.

It has been recently reported that smart home product penetration in Europe is expected to rise to 24.6 per cent by 2023 compared to 9.3 per cent in 2018. As a result, Lutron is taking the opportunity to grow its smart lighting and blinds control businesses as more and more people are investing in smart home technology.

At ISE 2019, Lutron is demonstrating its latest solutions for lighting, blind and temperature control for residential, commercial and hospitality applications.

The company is showing the RA2 Select, a new range of wireless home lighting controls, allowing personalised lighting and blind control for smart homes. The lighting controls give home owners the option to change the lighting to set he scene of their mood or environment. It also has a “smart-away” setting where the lights are automatically timed to look like someone is in the house. To accompany the lights is an engraved keypad to give homeowners control of the lights.

Also on display is the Palladiom Shading System, a new shading solution that features highly-crafted exposed hardware for high-end homes. This system gives shading performance and reliability while also seamlessly integrating with Lutron products and other third party products, creating an immersive light, blind and temperature control experience.

The Alena drapery track with ripplefold will also be on show. This intuitive motorised curtain solution features a pull-to-start function and is now offered in the ripplefold style, adding to the existing pinchpleat version.
