Pakedge Device & Software, the networks leader for the AV sector, has opened a dedicated European centre in Belgrade, Serbia, to provide dealers with access to additional technical and sales resource on top of the level one technical support already offered by its network of distributors in the region.

Our latest investment in Europe is a part of this strategy and will allow us to provide value-added technical support in the region in a time zone that’s more convenient and easier for both our distributors and dealers.”
Pakedge has recruited a team of three employees in Belgrade. Aleksandar Kostic will head up the European technical support operation. For the past six years, he has worked as the lead Technical Support Engineer at RB Generalekonomik and brings a wealth of network experience to his new role. Aleksandar is a Cisco Certified Network Professional and is fluent in English, German and French.
Alongside Aleksandar, Djordje Mitric and Maja Velikovic will provide important sales support for Pakedge’s International Sales Manager, Michelle Coleman. Djordje joins Pakedge from a network sales background, having worked most recently as Business Development Manager at RB Generalekonomik in Belgrade as Business Development Manager. Maja holds a degree in civil engineering and offers considerable engineering and sales experience gained in at a variety of roles within the construction industry. Both Djordje and Maja are fluent in English.
