To support its aggressive growth strategy, The Multi-Room Company Ltd. has appointed Matt Statham to the position of sales manager to head up field sales across the southern region of the UK and to give installers and retailers a dedicated point of contact for the company’s comprehensive product offering.
Matt joins The Multi-Room Company from specialist AV brand distribution business, Anthem AV, where he was responsible for the growth of its business in the South over the past four years. Prior to that he held sales positions with KEF Audio and Acoustic Energy.
The Multi-Room Company holds the exclusive UK distribution rights for several high profile custom installation brands including: Russound; Centralite; Atlantic Technology; Key Digital; and the recently introduced Italian loudspeaker brand, Garvan Acoustics. The company’s hi-fi distribution division, RPD Distribution, is responsible for UK sales of Heed Audio.
Statham’s proven track record in the high-end custom installation industry, working in a business-to-business environment with architects, specifiers and buyers, and with the hi-fi retail sector, equip him with the knowledge and skills to develop both areas of The Multi-Room Company’s business.
