With social distancing measures in place and likely to become the new norm for many of us, people are limiting their movements outdoors and therefore ordering shopping to be delivered to their home.
2N has recognised this and worked to make it so it involves no physical contact at all through the 2N Mobile Video Service. This allows customers to see who is at the door through their smartphone, where they can talk to the delivery worker and tell them where to leave the parcel.
The application enables the homeowner to choose which door to open for the delivery driver.
2N Mobile Video Service can be partnered with an external camera so that the homeowner can track the delivery worker’s movements and can wait until they have left to go and collect the parcel, preventing any physical contact during handover.
