Stewart Filmscreen redesigns best-selling screen ’“ on display at InfoComm 2019

Projection screen manufacturer, Stewart Filmscreen, has introduced the re-engineering of its landmark Luxus Classic Model A, Retractable Below Ceiling Screen System.

On show this week at InfoComm, the redesigned screen features a customisable housing, a quieter motor, and an easy-to-access screen assembly that can be field serviced in a matter of minutes.

Using the new Screen Assistant Configurator Price Quote (CPQ) tool within the dealer login on the new website (www.stewartfilmscreen.com), every Luxus screen can be customised. It is available in completely seamless widths up to 13 ft 3 in and in a wide array of materials to fit the exact installation and application needs of any residential project, as well as corporate and educational environments.

“Luxus has been an industry favourite since first introduced in 1987 – but we don’t rest on our laurels,” says Mary Stewart, CEO and owner of Stewart Filmscreen. “This reimagined version is just part of our commitment to provide customers with solutions that perfectly address their projection needs with the latest video technology evolution and design trends.

“The features and benefits of the Luxus now match the incredible design experience offered on our brand new website.

“Our customers can truly be ready for a frictionless experience, all while being backed by the uncompromising quality and craftsmanship that they’ve come to expect from Stewart.”

The new design allows users to remove the motor and roller tubes in a few minutes, preventing having to take the screen down and ship it back for servicing. Advanced roller tube technology also minimises horizontal lines in the image area.

The newly designed screen can be seen in booth 2842 at InfoComm 2019 this week.
