Luxul to debut new products at CEDIA Expo 2019

Luxul will unveil a range of new products at CEDIA 2019, with a mesh kit, cloud remote monitoring and management system and the XWC-2000 wireless controller.

Luxul’s mesh kit features two dual-purpose mesh nodes that can serve as either a router or satellite, with integrators able to turn one of the two nodes into a router using the Luxul Easy Setup App, with the other being used as a satellite node. 

The mesh kit features a 4x2x2 antenna array, enabling two 2x2 client access radios and a 4x4 5-GHz design for connectivity back to the router.

Additional satellite nodes can be incorporated to accommodate installations of various sizes. 

Luxul’s cloud remote monitoring and management solution for integrators, being offered as a free service to integrators managing customers’ systems remotely. 

Highlighted managed Gigabit switches feature a self-healing capability, including the 18-port/16 PoE+ L2/L3 AMS-1816P and 12-port/8 PoE+ XMS-1208P. 

The units also feature auto recovery and power scheduling, with connected devices to the switches via PoE being automatically rebooted when they fall offline or become unresponsive. 

Power scheduling allows integrators to trigger the switches to power PoE-connected devices on or off based on any schedule created within the switch interface. 

The XWC-2000 wireless controller, featuring support for up to 32 Aps, with newly deployed APS being automatically added. 

The controller features Luxul’s Roam Assist technology for active roaming built into the wireless controller, allowing mobile devices to stay connected to the appropriate AP. 
A showcase of wireless Apex Aps will also be featured at the show, with the XAP-810 offering 802.11ac 2x2 dual-band technology and 5GHz beamforming for data rates up to 1200Mbps. 

Luxul’s XAP-1510 features 802.11ac 3x3 dual-band technology and 2.4 and 5GHzbeamforming for data rates up to 1900Mbps. 

The XAP-1610 features Wave 2 4x4 MU-MIMO 802.11ac technology, 2.4 and 5GHz beamforming for data rates up to 3167Mbps.
