Powersoft to showcase Mezzo Amp at CEDIA Expo
Powersoft has announced it will introduce its latest amplifier platform, Mezzo, at CEDIA Expo this year.
The Italian audio manufacturer will be demoing the Mezzo platform to integrators at the show to highlight the reliable and flexible system that is an ideal fit for residential integrations.
Built in a half-rack enclosure, the new line consists of eight amplifier models in all, each offering different power and connectivity options.
A self-configuring system, Mezzo is easy to operate and is capable of delivering high power and flexibility in a highly compact design.
To upkeep maintenance and technical support, the system can be operated and monitored remotely, reducing installations times for integrators.
The Mezzo line consists of eight models of four power sizes, each offering an option with ‘A’ (analog) or ‘AD’ (analog-digital), which adds Dante/AES67. The power soizes include a smaller option of 320W in four 80W and two 160W variants, and a larger option of 600W in four 150W or two 300W.
“We are pleased to be introducing such a powerful and compact amplifier solution for the residential market,” said Klas Dalbjorn, product manager, Powersoft. “Mezzo embraces all the heritage and innovation Powersoft is already known for, but in a form factor that is perfectly suited for fixed installations.”
He continued: “Throughout our R&D phase, we listened to the very specific needs of home and residentially integrators and we believe Mezzo covers these needs, while bringing unmatched reliability and ROI.”
Mezzo can be seen in action at CEDIA Expo 2019 in Denver from 12-14 September on booth #335.
