News Vutec's award winning SilverStar raises the bar at CEDIA 2004 (7/6/2004) Vutec Corporation's exclusive UK distributor, Marata Vision were featuring Vutec's award winning SilverStar (patents pending) front projection screen. SilverStar provides the highest reflectivity (or gain) with the widest viewing cone in the industry without compromising image quality. SilverStar was lauded as best video projection screen by Electronic House Magazine in the USA. The screen has also been well received by video enthusiasts throughout the world. "The production of SilverStar requires exceptional quality control," said Howard Sinkoff, president of Vutec Corporation and developer of the screen. "There can't be any defects; the screen must lay flat. We've successfully jumped over that difficult hurdle and have come up with another winner." SilverStar is currently only available as a rigid screen.
