Audipack Exhibits AV Mounting Systems Range at CEDIA Expo for the First Time (20/5/2008) Stand F15A, CEDIA UK Expo 2008 Audipack the Netherlands based manufacturer of AV mounting systems, distributed in the UK by Comm-Tec, will be exhibiting at the CEDIA show for the first time. The event will herald the UK launch of a number of new products including the Spektra range of brackets and the Clo X Arm, plus allow demonstration of the company's range of projector and flat panel lift systems dedicated for the home cinema and super yacht industry. The Spektra range is a comprehensive collection of European manufactured brackets for LCD and Plasma panels. Competitively priced, many of the products in the range incorporate some clever features to simplify installation, including measuring rules and spirit levels for accurate positioning.
At the other end of the spectrum, the company will also be showing the new Clo X Arm. This is a fully motorised bracket for an LCD or plasma screen up to an impressive 65" (1650 mm) in size. The arm allows the display to be angled up and down or side to side to achieve the optimum viewing angle for the user. Also, the remote control facility includes a memory to return the panel to the same position whenever required. Providing the facility to reveal a LCD or plasma display when required, Audipack will also be demonstrating its range of lifts and fold-down systems that are ideal to conceal the panel when not in use. These operate from above the ceiling, where the panel can descend or flip down for use or within a cabinet or similar, raising the display into view. Audipack used similar technology for their recently introduced 350 series of projector lifts. This is a compact and lightweight unit very suitable for the latest generation of smaller LCD and DLP projectors. Completing the product displays on the Audipack stand will be the P3375 mirror kit that allows a projector to be concealed above a ceiling. www.audipack.com
