Vutec introduces Theater Art System at CEDIA Expo 2008 (30/5/2008)

Stand B10b, CEDIA UK Expo 2008

Vutec Corporation, for 30 years the pioneer and global leader in video projection screen technology and innovation, will for the first time demonstrate its new Theater Art System(tm) and other innovative screen products at CEDIA Expo 2008 in London. Vutec's products will be showcased at UK distributor Marata Vision's stand No. B10b at ExCeL London, the international exhibition and conference centre situated in a waterfront location at Royal Victoria Dock (next to London City Airport and Canary Wharf). Show dates are June 24-26, 2008.

The Theater Art System, an advanced screen/art/masking system for the undedicated theatre (applicable in any type room), incorporates a SilverStar(tm) 2.35:1 or 16:9 dual aspect High Definition projection screen, a vertical or horizontal masking system, and a motorised art canvas to cover the screen completely, transforming it into a framed artwork on the wall when not in use.

Control is by IR or can be integrated with any home automation system. Theater Art Systems are supplied in screen sizes up to 3m wide with a vast selection of art and frames available to suit any taste. Theater Art Systems can even be supplied with the client's own choice of art.

Designed for the smaller home cinema, Vutec will also be introducing DecoFrame(tm). DecoFrame is an easy-fit option to enhance the appearance of any LCD or Plasma Screen. Available in a choice of ten wood finishes and standard sizes suitable for most 32" to 63" TVs, DecoFrame blends technology with home décor with the minimum of fuss.

To conceal a plasma or LCD TV completely, ArtScreen(tm) provides the solution. Install the TV behind ArtScreen's motorised art canvas and with the touch of a button the canvas raises to reveal the TV for normal viewing whilst a second touch transforms the TV back into a framed picture mounted on the wall. A wide range of art and frames are available to suit any taste and ArtScreen can even be supplied with the client's own choice of art.
