Elan Home Systems shows System 12 flagship control system and Olé and OléXL interfaces (6/6/2008) Stand D22, CEDIA UK Expo 2008 Elan Home Systems (Stand D22) is a leading American manufacturer of award-winning home automation systems. More than 300 products have been launched in the past seven years. Elan will be showing its flagship control system, System 12 in addition to the most recent addition to its growing family of interfaces, the Olé and OléXL. Also featured will be the Theaterpoint series of architectural and cabinet speakers. Designed to allow the sound to be focused into the primary listening area, or the "sweet spot" in a home theatre, the tweeters of the theaterpoint series are notched to accommodate the Elan laser pointer. This focused beam of light facilitates alignment for optimal performance.
