LINAK launches flat screen lifting systems (3/7/2008) CEDIA UK Expo 2008 First time exhibitors at CEDIA EXP08, LINAK UK Ltd are offering one of their show launched DL9 XL flat screen lifting systems in a prize draw to be run from their stand number J20. Long acknowledged as a world leader in the development of electric linear actuators and lifting columns Linak products have seen countless industrial, agricultural and healthcare applications. Now comes a range of products designed specifically to safely raise and lower flat screen televisions from cabinets or bespoke home cinema furniture. All systems are reliable, having been tested to 10,000 cycles at 10% duty cycles at full load, quiet in operation and because they're electric there's no danger of oil leaks that may occur with hydraulic versions. Each comes flat packed for easy self assembly complete with the following; * Sturdy adjustable fixing brackets to hold the screen firmly and safely in place * Programmable control box to restrict the maximum height of lift * Infra-red remote control with extension eye to retain furniture aesthetics * Complete installation instructions * Comprehensive 3 year warranty SYSTEM DL4 For use with screens up to 42 inches the single stage DL4 will lift screens weighing up to 70kilos by a maximum of 675mm at an upper limit no-load speed of 40mm/sec For screens above 42 inches there are two choices; SYSTEM DL9XL An extended, triple stage version of the popular DL9 it has a small installation size of 730mm giving installers a more compact solution. It will lift screens weighing up to 50 kilos by a maximum of 980mm at an upper limit no-load speed of 38m/sec. SYSTEM DL11 XL With a slightly larger installation size of 740mm the three stage DL11 XL can lift units weighing up to 60 kilos by a maximum of 965mm at an upper limit no-load speed of 40mm/sec All systems are single units however dual units for very large installations can also be supplied but without bracketry.
