Chief Unveils FUSION Series of Fixed and Tilt Mounts, Solving The Most Common Installation Problems (17/7/2008)

Take control of your install with the all-new FUSION mounting system, engineered to solve common installation problems for the professional installer.

Chief's new FUSION low-profile, universal mounting system provides the most progressive collection of features yet, focusing on usability and speed of installation. The new design, available in fixed or tilt models, was engineered to solve the most common installations problems for the professional installer and free up valuable time.

Common installation problems can range from stud location or perfect placement to leveling the entire installation. The new FUSION design evolved as a fully integrated solution to these common problems, with the benefit of speeding up installations, as well as simplifying the mounting process.

Designing the new products didn't happen overnight. Chief draws on more than 30 years of design knowledge and technical expertise as well as knowledge. However, that wasn't good enough for Chief Product Manager, Seth Baker, who decided to hit the road with prototypes to gain a true understanding from the people who would use the products every day. "We can sit in a room and develop products all day long, but it's always amazing what we gain from letting people play with the product hands-on," Baker said. "Many of the features that go into our products are sparked from feedback we get from the field."

Installer feedback helped Chief to mold this new FUSION Series into progressive, time saving mounts that truly simplify installations.
