Crestron will be unveiling a range of new products at ISE 2009 (4/12/2008) Stands 1F14 and 1F23, Integrated Systems Europe 2009 Some of the exciting new products and established products on display at the show will include the TPS-6X touchpanel, the MPC classroom presentation controllers, the revolutionary Digital Media(tm) system, a new version of the Roomview software development kits, and several new QuickMedia(tm) solutions, including the latest version of the MPS. Delegates to the show will see how Crestron DigitalMedia(tm) (DM) is revolutionizing the way the integration industry is thinking about HD and digital content distribution. DM routes and distributes HDMI as well as managing all the data transmitted on the signals including HDCP and EDID. In addition to HDMI, DM also accepts, manages, and distributes all analogue video and audio - including stereo, SPDIF, and 7.1 surround sound - Ethernet, USB, KVM, power, and control over CAT5e or fibre. The MPC is set to become one of the most successful products Crestron has ever launched. Already shipping in huge quantities across the globe, the MPC is a cost-effective all-in-one classroom control solution designed to connect, control and route the a-v presentation equipment in the small, one-projector applications, typical of the education sector. Crestron's new MLX-2 is a state-of-the-art handheld remote featuring ZigBee(r) 2-way RF wireless communications. Its compact size and ergonomic design offer one-handed operation while an array of 57 programmable pushbuttons provides intuitive, tactile control and enables scrolling menus of channels, media titles, and other commands. The new European DIN Rail lighting solution features 10 new products for lighting & automation applications, each designed to snap onto a standard DIN rail for installation in a wall mount enclosure, equipment rack, or on a flat panel. Crestron is proud a 17th Edition compliant lighting control provider for the UK market. The new iServer(tm) is the first permanent iPod(r) based home audio solution to bridge the gap between expensive dedicated audio servers and basic docking. Users of the CRestron system can access iTunes(r) from the home computer, download new songs, and immediately enjoy their music in every room in the house. The iServer is the first audio server that is permanently installed and available to enjoy at all times while playing back iTunes, automatically updating without undocking the iPod. Crestron's new RoomView(r) Server Edition offers end users improved network control of AV and environmental resources and room scheduling, with direct device control, enhanced user interface, audible alerts, room templates and much more. The enterprise management and AV helpdesk software is designed to deliver complete network control of AV and environmental resources and room scheduling, and made to integrate seamlessly with the full line of Crestron devices, helping ensure every room can be connected on the managed network.
Designed for speed, style and extreme versatility, the new TPS-6X from Crestron revolutionises touchpanel design for the 21st Century. High-end aesthetics abound in the sleek, ergonomic design - from the bright, beautiful color touchscreen and illuminated pushbuttons, to the alluring contour of its tiltable docking base - these features combine to make the TPS-6X the new touchpanel of choice for the residential environment. Designed as a complete out-of-the-box AV presentation solution for boardrooms, auditoria and lecture rooms, the MPS is a control system, multimedia matrix switcher, microphone mixer, audio processor, and QuickMedia (QM) distribution centre, all rolled into a single, rackmount-ready package.
