Control4 shows new products at ISE 2009 (15/1/2009) Stand 11C80, Integrated Systems Europe 2009 Control4 will launch many new products at ISE, most of which will be shipping within days after the show! All products will be on display with an interactive area so you can witness both hardware and software in action. In addition to the existing product line, we will exhibit all the new products:
iPod Accessories Remotely control your iPod from any Control4 Handset, Touch Panel or On Screen Display. Stereo audio and component video outputs from the Dock give easy integration into a Control4 system. Use your iPod or iPhone to control your house! Our new Application (download from iTunes) puts our easy to use On Screen Display onto your iPhone/iPod and even displays artwork from your media library! Digital Video Distribution With our latest release of software you now have the capability to easily add (at very low cost) a Media Server to your Control4 system. Just install a good quality Network Storage device to the Control4 IP network, back up your movies and our Home Controllers will locate the media files. The artwork will be displayed on Touch Panels and OSD, and files will be streamed to a network Media Player located at the display(s). Multiple streams can be accessed at the same time. Simple and low cost. HC-200 Home Controller Our Home Controllers are the heart of any Control4 solution and are getting smaller and more cost effective. The latest the HC-200 will fit behind a flat screen display but has the same processing power as our larger controllers. The HC-200 is ideal for single room applications, like a Home Cinema, or to expand a system and put the On Screen Display on all televisions in the project. Like all our Controllers the HC-200 is capable of multiple audio (and now video) streams right out of the box. Comes complete with ZigBee wireless Handset. 7" Wired and Wireless Touch Panels The new 7" widescreen Touch Panel will be available in both in-wall and wireless formats. The crisp colour display will show: * Control interface At extremely competitive prices, the panels also include features such as proximity and light detectors. You can also stream audio to the panels and then take the signal from the panel direct to an amplifier. Setting up a remote audio zone is that simple. Handset Remotes The handsets that ship (at no charge) with our controllers have undergone a complete re-design. The new look handsets are still ZigBee and have two-way communication to display status and audio/video track information. To make the handset easy to operate we use a bright OLED display, and buttons are back-lit. Wake-up on picking up make them incredibly easy to use. Plus if you should misplace the handset you can use 'find' to get the handset to bleep! Also get battery status emailed to you by using 4Sight our remote access Internet Application. 4 Stereo Channel Matrix Amplifier To complement our already flexible digital audio capability, we have a 4 channel amplifier/matrix. Two inputs can be digital. Audio distribution becomes even easier and cheaper.
