Lutron demonstrates breadth of light control systems (22/1/2009) Stand 4N74, Integrated Systems Europe 2009 Lutron Electronics Co. Inc., the world's leading lighting control company, is exhibiting at ISE where it is demonstrating its latest lighting control systems for the residential sector. Along with a range of international product enhancements and accessories, Lutron is showcasing its integrated lighting and blinds control system of choice for small to medium applications among custom installers - GRAFIK Eye QS. In addition, Wallbox, Lutron's range of consumer dimmers, is on display, along with the company's renowned whole-home system - HomeWorks. GRAFIK Eye QS Taking GRAFIK Eye to the next level, Lutron's GRAFIK Eye QS provides users with an advanced interface and automatic control of as many as three groups of Lutron's Sivoia QS motorised shades and curtains. The system also enables daylight sensing and corresponding energy savings to be built into the system. To monitor energy consumption levels, Lutron's GRAFIK Eye QS also includes a display screen that enables the user to see real-time energy savings achieved across the lighting system as the lamps are dimmed. HomeWorks The HomeWorks Lighting Control System provides convenient, reliable operation of light and other home electronics from keypads throughout the home. The advanced lighting control system's enhanced capabilities bring unprecedented flexibility, power and versatility to home lighting control and streamline interactive connections with other home systems. In addition, the Phillips Pronto can be used to wirelessly control HomeWorks and this will be demonstrated to full effect on stand at the show. Sivoia QS Lutron Sivoia QS is the company's most recent advancement in daylight control technology, allowing for seamless integration of electric light and daylight without the use of additional interfaces. Blinds and lights can be controlled together through Lutron's GRAFIK Eye QS or via SeeTouch QS keypads. This next generation of ultra-quiet, precision control for Lutron Shading Solutions enhances design and adds flexibility at any stage of a project. Wallbox Wallbox, Lutron's range of quality consumer dimmers is designed to fit into an existing light switch fixture. The range includes multi-location dimmers, Rania and Rania IR, alongside Lyneo, Lutron's basic slide dimmer. The Dual Rania product has also been upgraded to include a circular back box configuration, making it ideally suited for the majority of installations throughout Europe. The Rania range is universal and auto-senses the load type - both low voltage and incandescent sources.
