Imerge is set to enhance its new MS1 MediaServer with embedded HD MediaStore(tm) from HDGIANTS, delivering high-definition music and movie downloads directly to the end-user's home entertainment system.

The Cambridge-based pioneer of the hard disc media server has teamed up with HDGIANTS, the leading distributor of high-definition entertainment directly into home cinemas, to integrate the HD MediaStore(tm) into Imerge's new MS1 MediaServer audio/video server. The end result will be a complete home media solution for customers seeking a premium entertainment experience.

Imerge is well known for its exceptional multimedia devices and its new MS1 MediaServer is no exception. Key features of this system include 1080p video playback via HDMI, an audiophile-grade (non-PC) audio board with Wolfson Delta-Sigma 24-bit DACs, an improved XiVA link, comprehensive connectivity and supreme configuration.
