Vogel's launches local distribution company in the UK (17/3/2009)

European market leader opens Vogel's Products UK LTD bringing it closer to the local market

Vogel's, the European market leader in innovative audio and video equipment mounting and furniture solutions, is proud to announce the opening of its local distribution company in the UK, Vogel's Products UK LTD, that is ready for trading as of today.

Vogel's wants to drive further market growth and to build its presence in 50 countries across the world. The UK market is of strategic importance to the European market leader in terms of international retailers and sheer size. Vogel's has therefore decided to open a local distribution company - the 100% daughter organisation will be the distribution centre for both the company's consumer and professional A/V business in the UK.

CEO, Gerdi Vogels, comments: "I am delighted to announce the opening of Vogel's Products UK LTD - the aim of this office is to bring us closer to the UK market and to better meet local demands for consumer electronics developments with a dedicated physical presence." She continues: "We have set up a complete sales and marketing team to service UK retailers and end-users."
