Unique Automation launches iPhone applications for light, shower and steam generation control (3/6/3009)

Stand A12, CEDIA UK Expo 2009

iPhone applications will be a major feature of the Unique Automation stand at CEDIA Expo next month. The London-based technology company is launching iPhone applications for light control, shower control and steam generation control through its automation products. This follows the successful introduction of the bathomatic and bathovision iPhone applications launched earlier this year.

In addition to the classic mirror finish at CEDIA the company will present bathovision in a new mirror finish which shows the background colour of the bevelled edge around the TV screen, which is black as standard but allows customisation. This new technology improves reflectivity when the TV is off and picture quality when on.

Managing Director, Fredy Vasilev, says: “We have had a phenomenal response to our iPhone applications with thousands of downloads since their launch in January. The software has obviously struck a chord with enthusiasts and we feel sure that our new applications will be equally well received.”

The main feature of the stand at CEDIA Expo will be Unique Automation’s flagship products bathomatic and bathovision. Bathomatic is fully automated bath management system which integrates with all home automation systems. Bbathovision TVs have a stylish frameless mirror finish, are water resistant and heated to combat condensation.

In addition to the new finish on bathovision, a new bathomatic “easy kit” will be available on the stand. This is bathomatic in one box - as easy to install as a conventional washing machine and within the skills of even mediocre DIY enthusiasts.

Every day at 11am and 3pm, demonstrations of all products and the iPodtouch integration will be taking place.
