Exclusive Hybrid Technology Creates Unprecedented Opportunities for LiteTouch Dealers & Installers

LiteTouch, Inc. a leading lighting control manufacturer for over two decades, announced that the company is now shipping new Hybrid Technology products to their network of Dealers and Distributors for immediate availability for customer installations.

Exclusive Hybrid Technology allows the company’s gold-standard LiteTouch 5000LC CCU (now FIVEk CCU) to be installed as an all-wired, all-wireless or as a combination installation. This technological innovation broadens the LiteTouch marketplace and delivers powerful upgrade opportunities for new and current LiteTouch Systems, which include:

Retrofit Applications

With LiteTouch Hybrid Products, the LiteTouch System can be conventionally installed in existing homes seeking a powerful lighting control and automation solution without the hassle of extensive rewiring. With the FIVEk CCU as the central component, Level 3 Custom Integration with home automation sub-systems such as AV and HVAC is available to all LiteTouch customers both in conventionally-wired and specialty-wired installations.

Current LiteTouch System Upgrades

LiteTouch’s long-time commitment to backward-compatible design guarantees that no matter how long a consumer has enjoyed their LiteTouch lighting control system, they always have the option to upgrade their current system to take advantage of the latest technology.

• C2000+ Card - Add the LiteTouch C2000+ Card to any LiteTouch 5000LC CCU and gain the ability to add wireless
communication into the existing system. Hybrid Wall Box Dimmers/Relays can be added to any location not currently
connected to the original LiteTouch system, allowing for whole home control of all locations regardless of specialty or
conventional wiring.

• FIVEk CCU – All LiteTouch Systems are designed to be backward-compatible, which means any LiteTouch System can be upgraded to include a New FIVEk CCU, delivering the latest functionality with no need to rewire.

New Construction Applications

As the pace of construction changes, LiteTouch now offers products that can be specified from the earliest stages of design through the finishing touches of construction, and even beyond move-in. For maximum flexibility, LiteTouch Wall Box Dimmer/Relays can communicate both wired (Cat5) and wirelessly (RF).
