The Pleasure Home Introduces The Ultimate Multimedia Wall - a Wall Panel Incorporating Pre-Installed State-of-the-Art AudioVisual Technologies (1/9/2009)

The Ultimate Multimedia Wall - watch Golf, Tennis and Football live - without needing to flick channels (main screen is 60+ inches)

Fully integrated 3 metre wall of Home Entertainment - for the Lounge, for the Office, for the Conference Room, for the Yacht - or the ultimate Bachelor Bedroom Wardrobe!

Panels slide elegantly slide open to reveal the hidden 60 inch (or larger) ultra high definition TV within.  The top two high definition Monitors allow you to watch other events in parallel, at the press of a button – Surveillance cameras (optional), the Internet, Stock Prices, News, Sports matches.  So you can watch Golf, Tennis and Football without flicking channels - without missing any of the live action.  The sliding panels can be finished in leather or any exotic material.  When the doors are closed, the upper TVs are still visible and can be turned on to display paintings or photos – the images changing at a predefined interval.  The loudspeakers are always hidden behind the top left, centre and right grilles.  Another feature of the design, is that a thief viewing from outside will not see the 65 inch screen when the SmartWall is in the normal closed position.

The end user price starts from £25,000, with a choice of woods and sliding panel finishes. Exotic wood finishes are extra, as are electric sliding doors and a mirror finish for the two upper displays when not in use.

The price includes all electronics hidden in a professional sliding rack unit:

- Showpiece 60+ inch1080p HD TV with two other TVs running in parallel
- Photo Gallery on the top two screen when the Panel is closed
- Movies & Music ‘On-Demand‘

Unique Selling Point

There are many furniture companies offering TV wall units (albeit none, that we are aware of, catering for a 65 inch display) and there are many custom installers designing home cinema systems, but no-one in the world is providing an 'all in one' wall panel incorporating state-of-the-art AudioVisual technologies pre-installed within a dedicated pull-out rack - controlled via a single remote. The icing on the cake are the ‘wow factor’ options such as a Movie & Music Jukebox, easy switching of channels between multiple screens, Internet and e-mail access, access to surveillance cameras and an integrated fridge.

SmartWall is the ultimate example of combining the skills of a Home Cinema “Custom Installer” with that of a professional Cabinet maker.

The driver behind developing this product is to address a major concern for most home cinema installers - to develop a Media Unit that is installable without worrying about the many unknown variables in a house - such as the ease of hiding wires and coping with the structural integrity of the wall onto which the equipment is to be mounted.
