HTE Introduces Its HTE Authority Complete Home Theater Audio Systems (31/12/2009)

Stand 1J79, ISE 2010

Based on Zingali’s patented OmniRay© technology speakers, multiple configurations to fit any need, integrated proprietary DSP room correction and dedicated electronics, bring new high performance solution to the custom installation market.

At ISE 2010, booth #1J79, HTE (Home Theatre Environment) is introducing its brand new Authority high-end complete home theater and music systems. Designed to complete its award winning lineup of modular Home Theatre Rooms, they are available as turnkey systems incorporating all the latest technologies, including new high powered HTE Digital Amplifiers backed by a new generation DSP system, and a complete set of speakers based on patented Zingali’s OmniRay© horns.

The worldwide agreement between HTE and Zingali Loudspeakers delivers one of the most impressive set of speakers for the residential custom installation industry, together with the proprietary HTE electronics. The lineup includes three different front speakers (OmniRay HTE-206LCR, OmniRay HTE-208LCR and OmniRay HTE-210LCR), two different surrounds (OmniRay HTE-106S and OmniRay HTE-206S) and three subwoofers (OmniLow HTE-112, OmniLow HTE-115 and OmniLow HTE-118), delivering up to 100 dB sensitivity.

Another key component of the Authority system is the HTE RC.08 Room Correction unit, that provides full eight channel digital correction and electronic equalization, based on proprietary acoustic algorithms, latest generation DSP technology and 24bit/192 KHz Analog to Digital and Digital to Analog converters. In all rooms, there are powerful room resonances that overly emphasize some frequencies and attenuate others: the RC.08 compensates for these irregularities to achieve extremely accurate in-room response and the highest possible sound quality. Thanks to an USB cable, the unit can be easily connected to any PC to be professionally calibrated using the easy and very powerful HTE Calibration Software.

Built upon proven Class-D, HTE amplifiers operate so efficiently that large heat sink fins or cooling fans are not required. As a result, the amplifiers are dead-quiet in the rack and can be safely mounted tightly together without concern of over-heating. Speakers amplification is available upon needs, with a five or seven channel unit delivering 200 or 500 Watts per channel, plus 500 or 1000 two channel unit for the subwoofers.

The systems are arranged in three different packages (S,M and L), available in 5.2 or 7.2 configurations: HTE Authority System S is based upon three OnmiRay HTE-206LCR front speakers, two or four OmniRay HTE-106S surrounds, two OmniLow HTE-112 12” subwoofers, five or seven 200W channels amplification using P5.02 or P7.02 amplifier, and two 500W channels amplification using P2.05 amplifier; System S is suitable for small to medium rooms.

HTE Authority System M is based upon three OnmiRay HTE-208LCR front speakers, two or four OmniRay HTE-206S surrounds, two OmniLow HTE-115 15” subwoofers, five or seven 200W channels amplification using P5.02 or P7.02 amplifier, and two 500W channels amplification using P2.05 amplifier; System M is suitable for medium rooms.

HTE Authority System L is based upon three OnmiRay HTE-210LCR front speakers, four OmniRay HTE-206S surrounds, two OmniLow HTE-118 18” subwoofers, seven 500W channels amplification using P7.05 amplifier, and two 1000W channels amplification using P2.10 amplifier; System L is suitable for large rooms.

Pricing will be unveiled during ISE 2010 in Amsterdam.
