• 30,000 trade and public visitors expected to fill 2,500 sq m Sales and 5,000 sq m Display Areas
• ITECH 2010 Sales Now Open
• Telecommunications, Information Technology, Networking and Broadcast Technology leaders expected

The International Exhibition for Information Technology & Communications (ITECH 2010) - Qatar's first IT, telecommunications and home technology exhibition for business and public visitors to buy the latest technology direct from exhibitors - will take place at the Doha Exhibition Center from 13th to 16th May 2010.

Organized by Qatar Expo Event Management (Qatar Expo), Qatar's long-awaited major telecoms and IT exhibition expects 30,000 trade, corporate and public visitors to connect with the latest business, government and home technology solutions in two separate exhibition areas: a 2,500 sq m sales area selling the latest hi-tech products direct, and a state of the art 5,000 sq m exhibition display area.

Business IT will be one of the biggest themes at ITECH 2010, offering a comprehensive array of complete solutions and cross-industry synergies. In short, ITECH 2010 will be a must-attend event for telecoms operators, network operators, government authorities, home technology suppliers and end users.

ITECH 2010 is the opportunity for existing and potential new entrants to the $500 million Qatari ICT sector to showcase their latest solutions and products.

"As traditional markets experience difficult times, visionary companies will turn to ITECH 2010 as a showcase for information and communication technology businesses in Qatar and the entire Gulf region," says Qatar Expo CEO Mr. Karim Zarka.

As ITECH 2010 exhibition sales begin, regional and world leaders in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Networking and Broadcast Technology are being attracted with the promise of an unprecedented opportunity to promote and sell the latest hi-tech products and services, many making their first appearance in the region.
