Field Techs receive Work Orders on Cell Phone Calendars and Clock in and out of Jobs Remotely

BidMagic, a leading provider of proposal and project management software will be showing their updated Schedule and Dispatch Center for project managers, installation crews and service techs. This powerful system provides real time job progress info and communication to and from field tech cell phones.

Says Richard Riehl, President of BidMagic, “We are redefining project management for our industry. BidMagic’s Project Calendar sends work orders, service calls, alerts and contact information to mobile field techs. Smartphone users can receive this info in their NATIVE calendars and contacts via Outlook Exchange. It is very easy to view workorders and clock in and out of jobs remotely. This is an affordable solution which creates a complete workflow connecting people and projects together in real time.”

BidMagic contains a simple group calendar interface to manage projects and job assignments. Powerful Gantt charts and progress graphs show current progress on each job. Packages are available including exchange server hosting. This new Project Calendar software will be demonstrated at InfoComm in BidMagic’s booth #C4126.
