Elan Systems (UK) announces availability of the new g! home automation interface in the UK (19/7/2010)

The first phase of g! is now available in the UK. As a collaboration between ELAN and sister company Home Logic, g! takes the best of both brands to create a complete end to end entertainment and management solution.

The g! system brings a consistent and intuitive user experience to all controllers from the Apple iPhone to touchpanels, touchscreens and even widescreen video displays. The look and feel of all control interfaces is the same no matter how users access their systems.

In terms of product availability, The GB160 and GB450 Homebricks together with the TS2 film interactive touchpad are now shipping. The new TS7 colour touchscreen will become available in August, with the HC6 and HC12 system controllers following in September.

For interested parties, the g!Mobile app is available free from the iTunes App Store.
