Elexa launches Level Mount range of wall mounts designed for LED TVs in the UK (22/7/2010)

LED screens are predicted to account for 61% (129 million units) of the TV market by 2013 from their current share of 16% (26 million units)

In line with the growth of LED TV screens, wall mounts are set to overtake furniture in the race for attachments sales and with vast ranges of wall mounts on offer within this highly competitive market, recent research has proven retailers and consumers alike are demanding more user friendly solutions when matching the mount to their TV type and size.

No. 3 US wall mount brand LEVEL MOUNT plans to satisfy this demand by launching a new range of wall mounts specifically designed for LED TVs – LED MOUNTS.

Parent company Elexa US Limited has globally registered the LED MOUNT sub brand with a range of mounts that consist of Fixed, Tilt and Cantilever models. All mounts feature ultra discreet designs that allow easy cable access and let the screen breath to keep cool. Dedicated hardware is also included to ensure easy and reliable mounting with the packaging designed to allow effective in-store merchandising within the LED TV section.

PT400 Slim Mount that will Extend, Pan and Tilt with a Max Vesa 400 x 400.

The range will launch with six wall mounts – three fixed position, the 400F for screens up to 37”, the 600F from 26” to 55” and the 900F from 37” to 65”. Made from precision engineered high quality steel and specifically designed for LED TV’s, these ultra low profile mounts can be mounted under ?” from the wall and feature an integrated bubble level for accurate mounting, a quick lock lever and release system for added safety and security and all mounting hardware with spacers for flat, concave and convex backs.

The PT400, PT600 and PT900 range of mounts are designed to Pan, Tilt and extend, whilst the low profile depth allows mounting to less than 1” from the wall. Dual lockable clips are featured to secure the TV to the mount adding safety and security and a central cord hook organizes trailing cables. A worldwide Patent Pending applies to the unique mechanism for a mount of this profile to offer such versatility in positioning.
