H-P Products Offers Installation Training for Central Vacuum Systems and Accessories (31/7/2010)

CEDIA US Expo 2010

Course includes the proper installation of central vacuum systems and accessories including Hide-A-Hose, Vroom and Spot.

Attendees at this year’s CEDIA EXPO can learn how to install a central vacuum system with popular hose management systems, Hide-A-Hose, Vroom and Spot. This is the fifth year H-P Products, manufacturer of Dirt Devil® central vacuums, will be offering the 2.5 CEU (Continuing Education Unit) class. The course will include both a classroom product overview and hands-on installation.

Course instructor, H-P Products’ installation trainer Chris Slackford said, “I will train participants to accurately install the central vacuum system by expanding their product knowledge with quick-clean accessories and demonstrating timely installations.”

The first part of the class will offer a general overview of central vacuums and their installation. Attendees will also learn about installation best practices of Hide-A-Hose, hose management system, along with quick-clean vacuum accessories, Vroom and Spot. These products are consumer favorites that add a new level of convenience to central vacuum systems.

The second part of the class will introduce attendees to the needed central vacuum components and the necessary steps for an efficient and successful hands-on installation. Upon completion of the course, attendees can earn 2.5 CEU’s towards CEDIA certification.

This year’s installation training will be held at the Georgia World Congress Center on Wednesday, Sept. 22 from 2 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
