TLS Shows New GlobalControl IP Web-Based Universal Control System (7/2/2011) ISE 2011 GlobalControl IP is a web based control system for global administration, monitoring and control of an unlimited number of conference rooms and buildings in and from any place of the world. GlobalControl IP can be controlled, monitored and configurated easily via any Web Browser. For this purpose there is no configuration software at all required. At the simple push of a button even most complex control events can be activated. As an open system GlobalControl IP supports all commercially available switch ranges, touchpanels as well as all controllable devices of conference, building and industrial technology via LAN - regardless of whether it’s a copper cable, fibre optics or W-LAN. Thus no special bus or cable is required. GlobalControl IP sends and receives commands via the GSM module, so that error messages to/from mobile and landline phones can be easily transmitted. The control system has all essential interfaces such as GSM, KNX, bidirectional RS232, IR, and I/O. In addition GlobalControl IP has analogue interfaces for recording analogue measurement data such as room temperature, light sensores etc.. GlobalControl IP also has signal recognition inputs to detect DVI, VGA and audio signals for activating preconfigurated control events. Here, no switches/keys have to be activated, connecting a signal source activates the desired action of the system to be controlled. GlobalControl IP is operating system independent and hence controllable by every modern communication device. The system can be controlled using all web-enabled computers, smartphones, WebPads, touchpanels, i-devices, and mobile phones. As a flexible and modular system GlobalControl IP meets every demand. Due to a wide range of connection units in the product line, only as much peripheral devices as needed are to be used. GlobalControl IP therefore offers maximum individuality at highest reliability.
