CEDIA has also put together two preview blogs (part 1, part 2) highlighting some of the new products that will be hitting at the show. The product launch listings will also be updated as new products are announced to help attendees plan their schedule and get the scoop on what’s to come.

“We are on the verge of a title wave of new products and CEDIA EXPO will not only be the showcase of these products but also the event that is identifying where the industry is heading,” said Dave Pedigo, Senior Director of Learning & Emerging Trends. “We fully expect this year to be full of revolutionary product announcements. There is a lot of buzz surrounding the new home entertainment experience that combines the products from a variety of manufacturers to create a truly breath-taking end-result. Reading about these new technologies is not enough – members of our industry need to see and experience this technology first hand to understand how it will help them create a unique personal experience for their clients.”

Onsite at CEDIA EXPO, entire areas of the show floor are dedicated to new products and new companies. The New Product Launch Pad on the show floor features a full schedule of New Product Launch Demos as well as a display area featuring new products.

Attendees who are looking for new companies can find many of them in Rookie Row – an area of the show floor specifically for new companies breaking into the industry. Rookie Row only represents a small portion of the 95+ new exhibitors at CEDIA EXPO and the 245,000+ total square feet occupied by CEDIA EXPO exhibitors this year.

CEDIA EXPO will be held at the Colorado Convention Center September 10 – 13 (show floor open September 11 – 13). Registration for CEDIA EXPO 2014 is open at www.cedia.net/expo and attendees can save 20% on their registration fees until September 8, 2014 and may receive complimentary tradeshow access with the code GP14.
