Crestron to open two new customer facilities in Germany

Crestron has announced today that it is opening two customer-focused facilities in Frankfurt, Germany this winter.

One of the new facilities will be a customer centre which will provide training, technical support, and a fully equipped product presentation and demonstrations area. 

The second facility will be an Experience Centre, where Crestron’s technology will be showcased in live application usage. The Experience Centre, which is opening in partnership with Crestron’s exclusive EMEA sales organisation, TIG, is ideal for end users, consultants and integrators to see Crestron’s solutions up close and in action. 

TIG’s CEO, Robin van Meeuwen, explained: “Germany is a very important market for Crestron. By opening these new, state-of-the-art facilities, Crestron reinforces its commitment to our local, talented customers.”

Customer Centre
Crestron are very committed to investing in the development of its channel of AV professionals to increase their expertise in the field. The new Customer Centre will reflect this commitment by offering AV professionals an expansive curriculum of system design and programming certification courses held in dedicated classrooms purpose-built to enhance learning and collaboration between students and instructors.

Always equipped with the latest Crestron technology, all training rooms will be centrally managed through the Crestron XiO Cloud IoT-based service, which enables effortless deployment and management of all the equipment. 

Experience Centre
In partnership with TIG, the new Experience Centre will give Crestron’s residential dealers a place to bring their customers to experience Crestron’s smart home solutions in real world set ups. Additionally, commercial dealers can bring their customers for hands-on immersive experience of the latest Crestron solutions that will help them solve the communication and productivity challenges they face. 

Support
A local support team of qualified Crestron application engineers will assist customers with questions before, during and after installations, and will be supported by the global Crestron True Blue support teams which operates 24/7. 

The new Crestron Training Facility and Customer Centre will be located at Kolner Strasse 3, Eschborn, while the TIG Experience Centre will be at Mainzer Landstrasse
