Leema Acoustics new initiative to support customers through lockdown

Staying open during the current pandemic to support its customers during lockdown, Leema Acoustics has started shipping phone and online orders placed via its UK dealer network, direct from its Welsh factory.

With many retail premises closed for the foreseeable future, Leema Acoustics is continuing to work closely with its UK dealer network to help provide a high standard of support for its customers. 

Despite the physical store closures, many of its retailer partners remain contactable to answer customer’s queries, offer advice and take orders. 

With dealer stock limited, any purchases made with UK retailers will be fulfilled directly by Leema Acoustics. The company will hand-build the order before shipping directly to the customer, with retailers still being the point of contact throughout the process. 

This new initiative has been introduced for the duration of the lockdown period and will apply to all products in the company’s range, including some the most popular products, the Tucana II Anniversary Edition integrated amplifier, Sirius streaming music server, and the Hydra II / Hydra II Anniversary Edition power amplifiers.
