CEDIA has encouraged the global smart home community to dive into the programme of educational experiences lined up at ISE 2026.
With the international exhibition fast approaching, CEDIA is pointing to ISE as a valuable educational opportunity for integrators.
“ISE 2026 isn’t just a showcase for the latest audio-visual technologies; it’s a hub of innovation, creativity and career development,” said Daryl Friedman, global president and CEO of CEDIA.
He added that the event’s diverse lineup is designed to engage attendees from every corner of the sector.
ISE 2026 will introduce Listening Suites, located in CC2, giving visitors the chance to experience premium residential audio in acoustically optimised environments.
Eight high-end audio brands will showcase their systems to allow side-by-side comparisons and deeper engagement.
Another highlight will be the AI Trailblazing Keynote on February 5, delivered by Sol Rashidi, the world’s first Chief AI Officer for enterprises.
Her session, The AI Reality Check: What It Takes to Scale and the Future of Leadership, will cut through the hype around AI, offering practical frameworks while addressing governance, cybersecurity and data protection.
Innovation will lead the ISE Hackathon (running from February 5-6 February), where student teams develop solutions under pressure under the guidance of industry mentors.
New for 2026, Spark is a four-day creative industries event aimed at fostering collaboration and removing silos between technology and human creativity.
Alongside the show, ISE’s Visitor Benefits Programme offers discounts at attractions in the city of Barcelona, Spain.``
