D-Tools showcases new business software solution capabilities at CEDIA Expo

D-Tools will be demonstrating significant updates to its D-Tools Cloud platform at CEDIA Expo 2022 this week in booth 22046.

The company is extending its web-based software to include a complete service management suite, which enables residential systems integrators to create, sell and manage service plans. Service plans create recurring revenue opportunities for integrators while at the same time often improving the client experience. This new feature gives integrators access to an easy-to-use and powerful end-to-end web-based multi-OS solution.

D-Tools’ Cloud platform offers sales pipeline management, on-the-fly estimating from any mobile device, intelligent visual quoting, multimedia proposals complete with e-sign and payment processing capabilities, change orders, product procurement using supplier-authorised dealer-specific pricing, as well as a complete project management suite of features. With the addition of a comprehensive service module, D-Tools Cloud fulfils its originally stated goal of being an end-to-end SaaS solution for system integrators.

Attendees to the booth at CEDIA Expo will also see the latest version of D-Tools’ flagship on-premises System Integrator (SI) solution (version 19), featuring several enhancements to help integrators boost efficiencies and bottom-line results.

The new version 19 of SI offers integrators numerous productivity advancements across the platform. It offers improved job costing and time sheets management through an integration with QuickBooks Time (formerly T-Sheets), as well as improved PO process with the ability to create purchase orders from service orders. It features enhanced calculation accuracy with a new PoE tool for calculating balances of available power for products. Mobile install enhancements have also been added, including the ability to display accessories. The update has also improved change order history and reports.
