Epson has launched its next generation of 4K laser home cinema projectors, blending AI imaging and Matter support to reflect an ever-expanding smart home ecosystem.
Featuring 3LCD technology and an upgraded laser light engine, the new lineup delivers visuals up to 500-inches, as well as up to 12% higher brightness output. It's said to do so with low noise operation.
The projectors adjust colour, contrast and clarity using AI Picture Quality, paired with intelligent upscaling and motion processing for smooth playback.
The EH-LS5000 and EH-LS600 are entry-level models, offering 2,500 and 3,400 lumens respectively.
Epson says the models integrate with external audio systems, while offering low-maintenance operation with a five-year warranty.
The ISF-certified EH-LS7000 and EH-LS7500, meanwhile, are aimed at those seeking a more advanced home cinema experience.
The latter is Epson’s first short-throw professional home 4K projector with 3,500 lumens, enabling large-screen projection in compact spaces.
According to the company, these include multi-purpose rooms and indoor golf simulator installs.
Furthermore, Matter support integrates with smart home ecosystems including Google Home, Samsung SmartThings, and Home Assistant.
Voice control is also available via platforms such as Google Home.
