Formovie announces Page One projector

Chinese projector maker Formovie announced a new HD projector under its Xming sub-brand called the Page One, which claims to be the first LCD smart projector with Google TV and Netflix built in.

The projector features a Dolby Audio sound system powered by Boston Audio with two rear 5-W speakers. Bluetooth 5.0 allows the projector to be paired with wireless speakers.

The Page One has an LCD projection system with a LED light source putting out 300 ANSI lumens and a service life of up to 20,000 hours. The Page One can produce 1080p resolution visuals at up to 120 diagonal inches with a throw ratio of 1.25:1 and 2,000:1 contrast. There is support for HDR10 content, and it uses autofocus, auto keystone adjustment and image resizing to avoid object interference.

Viewers can stream to the projector over dual-band Wi-Fi, and it features search help from Google assistant and built-in Chromecast. The projector features a MediaTek processor supported by 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage and a HDMI 2.1 port for cabling to a media source or console, as well as Type-A USB 2.0 and a headphone jack.
