iRoom has added USB-C and Apple HomeKit Connectivity to its iTop Pro and iTop
Plus docking/charging stations in addition to announcing the new iTop Pro USB-C tabletop docking station.
Featuring a black glass bezel and a black anodised base, the new iTop Pro USB-C for iPad has six customisable buttons on the bezel and the smart design makes it ideal for the home.
The other key feature on this new docking station is its sliding USB-C connector to accommodate the iPad Pro 11-in and 12.9-in USB-C models. A USB-A port is also included to all any third-parting charging station to be connected such as Qi wireless charging pads for example.
The iRoom iTop Pro, iTop Plus and iTop Pro USB-C are now even more smart home savvy with full Apple HomeKit integration, allowing users to control their automated homes. Lighting, thermostats, door locks, fans, air conditioning, security systems, audio/video and more can be simply controlled through the buttons on the docking station.
Upgrades are now available for all existing iTop owners with a free firmware update. The new iTop Pro USB-C and Apple HomeKit connectivity is expected to be available around April time but pre-orders are now being taken.
