Melco will be showing its Intelligent Music Library, the new search and metadata tool, as well as its new black-finish compact-chassis digital music libraries for the first time in the UK at the North West Audio Show (NWAS) 2019.
Recently launched, the two-box N10 and one-box N100 audiophile digital music libraries will join the existing full-width N1A, N1Z and N1H libraries, in the black finish.
The new black option also extends to the D100 audiophile CD loader/transport and the E100 3TB audiophile digital storage drive (modular expansion unit), both of which are designed to complement and expand the capabilities of the space saving N10 and N100 models, both launched in 2018.
The Melco Intelligent Music Library was first unveiled at the High End show in Munich and will make its UK debut at NWAS 2019.
Melco Intelligent Music Library
It enables simple but powerful music search and selection for playback on any network music player or connected USB DAC, solving the problem of finding (and quickly playing) music in large and varied music collections. The tool will soon be available as a free firmware update for existing Melco users, in addition to being pre-installed on all new machines leaving the factory.
Alan Ainslie, Melco’s general manager, will be showing the technology throughout the show in the Acoustica (Melco) room. As well as this room, Melco will also have a shared room with Russel K loudspeakers, whose newly launched Red 50 and Red 120 loudspeakers will be available.
