Entry is now open for the 2020 CEDIA Awards programme, launching a new awards platform that streamlines the entry process.
The system simplifies the process by guiding entrants through each step of the submission, with project details able to be entered in stages or all at once.
The project categories for the 2020 CEDIA Award programme include Integrated Home, Media Room, Home Cinema, Showroom, Auto, Marine or Aircraft and Multiple Dwelling Unit Design.
CEDIA is also launching a new category for projects produced for less than $25,000 USD or equivalent to local currencies.
CEDIA members can submit projects in multiple categories, with judges determining cost categories based on all completed entries.
Entries are categorised on their region, with Americas, EMEA and APAC regional projects able to be entered.
Winners will receive a winner’s trophy, feature in CEDIA’s E-Newsletter and printed copies of their case study.
Entries for the Americas and APAC regions are due by 23 March 2020 with EMEA submissions closing on the 20 April 2020.
Americas and APAC finalists will be announced on 8 June 2020, with EMEA finalists being announced the week of 29 June 2020.
Americas winners will be announced at the CEDIA Awards and Leadership Conference on 22 July 2020 in Chicago, USA.
APAC winners will be announced at the CEDIA Awards event during the 2020 Integrate Conference in Melbourne, Australia, running from 19-21 August 2020.
EMEA winners and winners of Global Awards will be announced at the CEDIA EMEA Awards event in London in autumn 2020.
