The ballot is now open to choose five elected director candidates for the 2021-2022 CEDIA Board of Directors.
All global CEDIA member companies are encouraged to cast their vote for four open elected director positions.
The CEDIA Board of Directors governs the association’s activities and is dedicated to furthering the CEDIA mission of building prosperity for its members and ensuring the growth of the industry through its programmes and initiatives.
The formation of the board reflects geographical density of CEDIA memberships, so the forthcoming elected director positions include on CEDIA member candidate from the EMEA region and three from the rest of the global membership.
Following the ballot, successfully elected members will be seated on 1 January 2021. The five candidates have gone through a rigorous evaluation process by the CEDIA Governance Committee and have met the requirement to be included on the ballot.
Voting opened on 11 September 2020 and will be open for 41 days, ending on 21 October 2020. Elected board member will be announced on 28 October 2020.
Each member company has one vote and all member company types are allowed to vote (integrator, manufacturer, service provider, or other).
