The Tech Summit programme has been released today by CEDIA with three events taking place across the UK this year.
Beginning in London in April, the Tech Summit Tour combines educational sessions, practical business development, and networking. The events are free to attend and bring together home technology professionals from across the industry.
The tour kicks off at the Lord’s Cricket Ground in London on Thursday 4th April before travelling up the country to Wetherby Racecourse on Tuesday 11th June. The tour will hold its final event at the BT Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh on Wednesday 2nd October.
The theme of this year’s Tech Summit Tour will be ‘What’s new in audio, video, control, and security’. Each event lasts the day and will feature four 45-minute presentations with a different trade supplier representing each of the four categories.
As well as the seminars, there will be exhibiting sponsors, giving integrators the opportunity to speak to manufacturers and distributors about the latest technologies and solutions.
A complimentary lunch will be provided, and each day ends with a networking and drinks reception. Details of individual training sessions will be announced soon.
“CEDIA’s Tech Summits are the perfect destination for integrators who are looking to stay on top of industry developments,” says Matt Nimmons, managing director of CEDIA EMEA. “With targeted education on offer, attendees can brush up on their skills whilst networking with their peers in some of the most fantastic venues across the UK. We look forward to welcoming both members and non-members to each of our regional events this year.”
