CEDIA invites residential industry to take part in market research ’“ prize up for grabs

CEDIA is inviting companies within the home technology space to participate in the association’s UK ‘Size and Scope’ survey. All contributors will receive a free copy of the report, with a trip to ISE 2018 up also up for grabs in a prize draw.

CEDIA has partnered with futuresource to conduct this year’s research project, which aims to provide a detailed look at the current state of the home technology market in the UK.

The association is inviting both member and non-member installer companies to take part in the survey, which takes approximately 30 minutes to complete and is open for submissions for the next 5 weeks.

The research is designed to offer insight into the growth of residential sales and installations of AV, entertainment, security, networking, control and other related systems over the last 12 months within the UK.

It will also detail the estimated number of companies installing industry products, the size of the workforce and the areas that are most important for their businesses.

“The survey will provide the home technology industry with strong comparative data for today and tomorrow,” said Matt Nimmons, managing director at CEDIA EMEA.

“There is no doubt that the market is continuing to grow and the survey will provide us with a barometer for change and likely developments. We encourage all industry professionals to take part in the survey.”

CEDIA will provide a free copy of the report to those who complete the survey*.  These individuals will also be entered into a prize draw for an ISE Training & Travel Package worth over £500**.
