CYP was an early adopter of HDBaseT technology and has been developing advanced solutions using this ground breaking technology for almost four years now. Identifying the need to send HDMI and PC source signals over CAT cable infrastructure is a key area for commercial and education sectors in classroom and conference room environments. The PU-507TX-HDVGA is the latest solution from CYP that is specifically designed for this purpose. This HDBaseT Transmitter allows the user to send uncompressed HDMI and VGA (with audio) over a Single CAT5e/6/7 cable to lengths of up to 100 metres.
This device features full 5-Play convergence allowing the distribution of Video, Audio, LAN serving, Power over Ethernet (PoE), RS-232 and 2-way IR control functionality over a single CAT5e/6/7 cable. ​This advanced transmitter allows the user to select and switch between a HDMI or VGA source whilst the integrated scaler ensures maximum resolution support for the connected display.Â
CYP offers a wide range of compatible HDBaseT Receivers, each with unique feature sets, enabling installers to select the perfect combination of Transmitter and Receiver for almost any conceivable installation environment.

PU-507-RX – Full 5-Play Convergence – Video & Audio, LAN, PoE, RS-232, and 2-Way IR.
PU-507-WPRX – Double-gang Wall plate variant of the PU-507-RX
PU-507RX-2H – Features as per the PU-507-RX, plus an additional HDMI output to connect to a second display or to create an additional zone.
PU-507RX-SCD - Features as per the PU-507-RX, plus an optical output for local audio de-embedding.
