AV-iQ, the provider of a comprehensive AV product information database, and the HDBaseT Alliance have announced the classification of HDBaseT audiovisual standard on products in the AV-iQ platform.
Users of the AV-iQ product catalogue can now search or filter for specific features to locate products that utilise the HDBaseT standard.
The partnership aims to provide audiovisual professionals with accurate, real-time product information including the HDBaseT standard indication in an online catalogue that provides powerful search, comparison and project list tools.
“Our audience of professional end users need the most detailed information possible when searching our database for the products they need for their installation projects,” said Mark Loftus, president of AV-iQ.
“Having a partnership where we can keep the HDBaseT products listed and updated is critical to that endeavour. We’re happy to be able to provide this standard in AV-iQ for our end users, as well as provide the HDBaseT members an additional platform to showcase their products.”
President of the HDBaseT Alliance, Tzahi Madgar commented: “AV-iQ is a great platform for installers and integrators to be able to pick the devices most suitable for each of their installations. Transparency and information accessibility are central principles for the HDBaseT Alliance and a cornerstone to ensure interoperability.
“This partnership with AV-iQ provides an outstanding channel to help not only our members, but all professionals in the industry.”
