Invision UK Limited has acquired the business and assets of Anthem AV Solutions Limited, the East Sussex-based specialist distributor of home cinema systems.
Founded in 2008 by Alan Roser, Anthem AV Solutions has a strong product portfolio and a loyal customer base. Mr. Roser, an immensely popular and inspirational figure in the industry, passed away in March after a short battle with cancer.
With a portfolio of exclusive home cinema brands, including Paradigm, Anthem, SIM2, Trinnov, DVDO and Screen Innovations, Anthem AV Solutions will operate as a standalone division from their offices and showroom in East Sussex.
Steve Beahan, Managing Director, Invision UK, commented, “This investment will allow Anthem AV Solutions to retain their focus on the supply of high-end homecinema products to professional installers and to continue to expand, with the supportof Invision UK.â€
