Just Add Power has found a new way of doing business to fit around the restrictions caused by the pandemic and an integrator’s busy schedule.
The company is now offering personalised webinars for dealers who have questions on Just Add Power and its products, allowing them to conveniently get answers when they are free.
“We’re known for providing outstanding support to our dealers, but with Covid-19 restrictions still in place, we had to get a little creative in finding a way to make product and service introductions readily available,” said Eric Martin, training director at Just Add Power.
“Our on-demand webinars are the perfect answer. They allow us to cover any topic that dealers want when it’s most convenient for them and their guests.”
Dealers should go to the
webinar registration page on Just Add Power’s website, select a date and time convenient to them and click ‘Confirm’.
After adding any guests and making note of the questions they have, the request is then sent to Just Add Power and a team member will contact the dealer with a link for the online meeting.
