Meridian Audio has unveiled a new partnership with LG Electronics (LG), established to bring high performance audio to more listeners across the world.
Meridian and LG state that they have joined forces to pool its respective expertise in audio and consumer electronics to deliver “unique solutions” in the future.
With 40 years’ experience in the audio industry, Meridian’s products are suited to wide range of applications, from a home cinema to whole-home system. The company are pioneers of high resolution audio (and MQA) and created the world’s first digital active loudspeaker.
Meridian’s expertise also spans automotive audio, and the company designed the world’s first in-car 3D surround sound system in 2012 for Range Rover.
LG has invested vast resources into its audio product development and will build on this going forward, with Meridian on hand to offer their expertise in projects.
